When you ask for a picture of a Geisha performing a tea ceremony, the AI returns a beautiful picture of a Geisha sitting in perfect form, wearing a delicate silk kimono with an intricately embroidered Sakura motif. She is pouring green tea from an exquisite kintsugi tea pot. The stream of hot tea is translucent, and refracts a beam of sunlight all over the tatami, as wisps of steam rise from the simple clay cup.
This exquisitely detailed image took roughly tens of Billions computations to put together. But the Geisha has the wrong number of fingers.
AI can do heavy computations but can't count the fingers on her hand.
This is as absurd as Sir Isaac Newton, who invented Calculus, being unable to buy half a dozen apples from a grocer, because he doesn't know how to count to 6.
