Remembering a talk I had with a coworker(CW) last week
CW: Do you do a lot of overtime?
Me: No way, I don't get paid enough to do overtime. I either compensate during the same week or I register time to take it at a further date.
CW: How on earth do you manage to do all the work you do and at the quality you do without overtime?!
Me: 🤷♀️ Planning? Efficiency? Not standing 3 hours around the coffee machine every day?
