A number of years ago we secured the bulk of the freshly decanted casks from The NZ Whisky Collection which had previously held the original #WilsonsDistillery stock. This unique collection of whisky casks has meant that we have a wee treasure trove of #luxurious #beers unlike anything many people have ever tasted.
