Lots of people will tell you that wild camping is a criminal offence in England and Wales.

Do NOT listen to them, as they don't know the facts. Despite the PCSC Bill having been made law in 2022, wild camping is NOT a crime, and even the National Police Chiefs Council says so.

Kit review of my new inflatable sleeping mat. It's 5cm thick when inflated, has an R-rating of 3, and has an integrated pump. However, it also has some flaws, but for less than £40, you'd be hard-pressed to find better!

In 2 weeks' time, I'm cycling the North Devon coast. I've cycled many parts of Devon, but the only times that included anywhere in North Devon was the times I cycled Devon C2C.
I'm really looking forward to the ride! Camping on the Friday & Saturday night, as there are train strikes on the Saturday, meaning I have to travel up on the Friday instead.

Except it isn't. The longest is the Formartine and Buchanan Way, at more than twice the distance.
