It can help so much to just stare at something beautiful: Euphorbia helioscopia in late evening sunlight.
The leaves always turn to the sun (name). This #wildherb in my flowerpot came with the garden soil, seeding itself again and again. It covers the soil in summer and brings green to my room in winter, although it's no plant for the house.
