David Porter is one of the greatest songwriters of all-time. He was the first staff writer at Stax Records, often working with Isaac Hayes. Together they wrote Sam and Dave's hits such as "Soul Man" and "Hold On, I'm Comin". More recently, his songs have been sampled by the likes of Notorious B.I.G., Wu-Tang Clan, Snoop Dogg, De La Soul and Jay-Z. David has written an autobiography entitled 'The Soul Man' and he'll be discussing his fascinating story with Todd. (3pm EDT)💥 Yallah Yallah on Transpacific Sound Paradise with Rob Weisberg.

He came into prominence portraying Will Robinson in the science fiction series Lost In Space. Bill also has a musical career which includes being one half of the novelty duo Barnes & Barnes. Bill will discuss his incredible career with Todd-O-Phonic Todd, including the recently released album ‘Zabagabee: The Best Of Barnes & Barnes.’

Lead vocalist Peter Zaremba and guitarist Keith Streng have been in the combo since its inception. They'll explain their longevity as Super Rock Icons and many other things today on Todd's show. Quadrature, led by sitarist Neel Murgai, is a band that burst out of the legendary Brooklyn Raga Massive band sessions. The band is rooted in raga but blends the traditions with rock, jazz, and psychedelia. Their dynamic live sets travel from contemplative solos to thunderous ragarock anthems. Quadrature has an excellent debut album available on Bandcamp, 'Black Hole Blues,' and they join us for a live set on this week's show!
