  1. Greetings from #Westonbirt Arboretum.

Having had our fill of funny accents yesterday, we thought we would do it all again today.

    Ffablus!

  2. Happy #SilentSunday from the valley. We are orf to #Westonbirt #arboretum today for a wander about and to be surrounded by #autumn #colour at its best.

There may be a few photos later. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ

  3. My favourite #plantoftheday at #Westonbirt was this amazingly eye-catching #rhododendron augustinii, with glowing violet blue flowers. As a species, it can be quite variable, but the Westonbirt specimens are spectacular.

I have added it to my 'must have' list.

  8. We are off for a nice wander around #Westonbirt Arboretum today. We haven't been for a while, so it'll be nice to see what's looking good. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒŸ

  9. If you can only grow one shrub in your garden, then I would recommend the #Japanese milk tree or #Neoshirakia #japonica.

This example was at #Westonbirt #Arboretum a few years back.

We had taken our house dragon Dimitri along for an outdoor photo shoot, and he simply had to get a picture sitting in it.

Reasonably slow growing and #spectacular in the #autumn.
