#WaveBroadband (#astound.com) is down for me(? in my area?).. went to their site to find support, and damn if basically every link isn't just a "billing" or "make a payment" link, on *every clickable page*!!
It is enough to make me want to switch ISPs, yes. But what are my alternatives? #centurylink? #comcast? both are huge "fuck no"'s from me, Bob.
It's as if Astound knows this. On my quest to find a support number, I've noted they're about 4 shell companies deep now, too. Why is this legal!

Anyone else in the #sfba have #Astound / #WaveBroadband and go down? Their phone system seems to indicate it’s a larger issue, but also their phone system seems broken.
