#Hackers are suspected of sending an unauthorised #alert to #cellphones across #Brazil, including São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The alert, which read “misantropi4” (misanthropy), was sent via the National Civil Defence’s #warningplatform, which has been taken offline for investigation.
