Finally I have an anemometer and my local wind speed was overestimated.

Blade Chord: 75 mm NACA0015 (104g).
Blade Span: 600mm.
Arms : 3x500mm round carbon fiber rod.
Vertical Shaft: 12OD 10ID carbon fiber rod.
Bearings: 0.37 Dyneema wire for cord bearings and NR.2 608zz for the spindle.
Blade Pitching Limiters: 2mm elastic cord.
