as part of this, I've updated the privacy information document to explain what will be collected/stored + clarify and update a few things. I've also written a guide listing the different badges and what they mean.

While #Stoat's official client is yet to be fixed to support connecting to instances other than central one, it is probably worth to check third-party clients that meet self-hosters where they're at.

One such client is #Clerotri, the Stoat/#Revolt app for Android. It is rather interesting that @upryzing is taking charge of this one, to make a client interoperable with their own chat platform #Upryzing. Curious to see what you all think.
