I just carried a 12-lb. (5.4kg) sack of groceries from the unfortunately- (or is it defiantly- ?) named BJ's on 237th St. in Riverdale (da Bronx) to our apartment in #Inwood, #UpperManhattan, a distance of 1.4 miles (~2.25km).
Does Strava record activity like that? I don't know, but I'll bet not.

From this morning's walk: Ducks gathered on the peninsula in #InwoodHillPark which is on the northern border of the salt marsh. The water reflects the trees along the southern edge of the water.

This is the *second* motorized vehicle, going way too fast, that I've encountered on my walk through #InwodHillPark ( #UpperManhattan ) today. The first, a motorcycle, drove so close up to me from behind that I had to scramble to be sure I was fully out of the way.
Not good.
