Red bin just been emptied, so blue bins was definitely wrong!
Now I wait to see if the food caddy is taken too. I might be 2 from 2 on bins!

Chaos here tonight. The bin routine has changed. Some people have their blue bin out, some have gone blue & black, others are on red & the food caddy. Who knows who is correct?
