My goodness, they're right, and this #neologism, binfluencer, makes sense - there's absolutely people on our street who roll out their trash and recycling bins bang on 3pm the afternoon before trash pickup. The bin day integration for Home Assistant is already proving useful. It pulls bin data from Bristol City Council and then shows me what bins go out on which day.

Now if only Bristol Waste used this to plan their collections.
