自分を労うための昼食。今日は、2 か国で申告義務のある外国人として、毎年恒例の確定申告という長い冒険の最初のハードルを乗り越えました。その後、近くの鹿肉専門ジビエレストランでお祝いしました。鹿肉のミネストローネとライ麦パン、自家製シフォンケーキを少し食べ、自家製ハーブティーをいただきました。おいしいポテトサラダはサービスでした。また来ます。
