Indian courts repeatedly denied bail for him, in spite of the fact that he is 90% disabled, bound to a wheel chair and had major health issues. Finally he was given bail a few months back, but is now dead due to health complications. This is an institutional murder under the #BJP's #Modi government and need to be protested.
