@Nightmare_Keks Ich habe so lange kein Problem mit Werbung, so lange es sich in Grenzen hält. #twtitter und #facebook haben es absolut übertrieben.
Wenn #Mastodon breiter bekannt werden will, muss sich das #fediverse auch Unternehmen und Unternehmern öffnen, die natürlich auf ihre Waren oder Dienstleistungen aufmerksam machen wollen.
Denkbar wären für Werbung verbindliche Hashtags, nach denen man z. B. auch filtern kann, um diese Beiträge dann leicht zu entfernen in der eigenen Zeitleiste ...

Question for recent folks joining the #Fediverse from #Twtitter... if you deleted your Twitter account, have you found yourself locked out of any non-Twitter services that you logged into using your Twitter credentials (using it as an OAuth or OpenID provider)? I suspect that could be an unexpected side-effect of the changing social media landscape.
