John Swinney says #Scotland not invited to Cobra meeting on Iran war

Physician/anaesthesia assistants are employed more & more, many working beyond their scope. #Patients have #died due to #PAs working above their #competencies
Trusts still advertising for PAs/AAs when role requires a doctor, many of whom face #unemployment
Patients are confused by various ‘consultants’ who are NOT #medically qualified. They think they’re seeing a #doctor
This should NOT be future of #OurNHS!
