I've just looked up some figures, they shed a new light on Starmer's 'Landslide Victory'.
2017
Corbyn 12,877,918 40%2019
Corbyn 10,269,051 32%2024
Starmer 9,634,399 34%So he got even LESS votes than JC in spite of 1/2 Labour party campaigning against him, and just barely 2% more of the votes cast. No wonder he feels insecure!
