I'm sympathetic to drivers that don't like ticketing systems. We can lower speeds with road design, without piling costs on individuals. Automated cameras create a perverse incentive for cities not to make such changes, since poorly designed roads can become a reliable revenue source.

So let's bring in congestion pricing for downtown Toronto! It's working as intended in NYC (as it did for every city that adopted it previously).
