...and some feelings of shame and remorse... I have been struggling, I am struggling, and I feel I'm heading into a darker area, which scares me at times... I don't want to fall too much backwards, and end up dropping into a big, dark, hole 🕳️ again. I am not strong enough to deal with depression right now. I don't know if I am there yet...
