A lot of perilla (egoma) is growing along my local creeks. I often think about picking some to use as a condiment, but then again, I have plenty of perilla (shiso) growing in my yard… 🤔

I got a hop plant🤩
Not exactly sure what I will do with it yet, but a friend gave it to us, so I will figure something out 🤔
Since I won’t be brewing anytime soon, I will look into other options beyond hop tempura🤔 -
Headwaters 🤩 I love the name 🤩 It sounds like it was brewed for fly anglers 😉 Crisp, citrusy, and dry. It feels like a session IPA but with nice strength and depth 😊😋 And local too 😉
