Attempting to learn how to render out pretty pics of my stuff in #Blender Cycles and all I feel like a potato with how little I know.
Enjoy an update how Pertwee is looking. I think I need to figure out how to make it slightly darker grey -- I didn't polypaint it so it's just default white apparently and I think it's making it hard to spot detail like where the nose/cheek overlap, etc because white can't get much lighter than it is.

In case anyone was curious how my #ThirdDoctor sculpt was going, I have commenced redoing the hair. Did that front row over like 3 hours and not even joking there's like 40 more clumps to go. 💀 I did remesh the face so the geometry is vaguely logical but haven't gone back to add details. Might do that tomorrow if the hair has still melted my brain

Ok reasons I generally don't do realism: hair.
I've mostly done stylized sculpts, so learning a lot from this but I'm pretty sure I've got a good start on the likeness. I need to go ask some questions about the best way to do the hair.. And I probably need to zremesh before really putting the face detail in but TBH this feels like a "lighter" project than some of my stylized ones, what the heck.

I know I'm bad at names but the fact that I can't really remember the difference between these white men with mustaches in #ClassicWho tells me that a 1970s mustache is the perfect disguise for a human.
