After reading books 1 to 4 of "The Murderbot Diaries" by Martha Wells in German, I am now starting all over again, this time in English. I also have books 5 to 7 on my pile to read.For some reason I cannot really explain, I can read the English version more easily. The German translation seems to be rather "wordy".

Ich möchte unbedingt die Reihe "The Murderbot Diaries" von Martha Wells vollständig auf Englisch lesen, das sind bisher 7 Novellen/Romane. Ein 8. soll dieses Jahr ebenfalls erscheinen.Darüber hinaus habe ich einige weitere Bücher auf dem SuB, die ich ebenfalls noch lesen möchte, aber da setze ich mir keine speziellen Ziele.

Today, I watched the last episode of #Murderbot (the TV series on Apple TV+) and I love so much about it (not everything, but a lot).

I just finished #RogueProtocol, the 3rd book of #TheMurderbotDiaries!
This one was full of action stuff, really entertaining, but the chapters were so long that even though it didn't matter at all my brain was lazy and didn't want to finish it, but I pushed through and enjoyed it a lot.

Just finished reading #themurderbotdiaries vol 1 by #marthawells. An excellent book. I thought different better than the #appleplus version. I adored and laughed through the tv series but I found the books more entrenched with #scifi norms and probably more serious. Read like a #harryharrison book. #bookreview #bookstodon
