It seems that the #Telugu & #SouthIndian film wave hasn't reached #Indonesia?

When people refuse to accept me as an American, the Indian films/stars/songs they reference and I assume I know are always some #Bollywood ones I've never seen.

Had to correct my Malaysian #grab driver who thought that Bahubali was a #Tamil film.

Most likely, only the Tamil version was released in #Malaysia but its a #Telugu film. Can't let this misinformation stand.

A multilingual website I've been building for a while went live a few days ago. It's a pretty simple site from user perspective but somewhat challenging to build, esp. due to data org to ease site gen, and me learning some of the tech as I build the site.

Many fixes and features are pending, but I'm happy with the outcome and the initial reception. I'm also humbled by the opportunity to work with and learn from a great scholar in the subject matter, and pleased to be able to use my time and knowledge for a worthy cause. 🙇‍♂️

Finally Ditched #reddit , even thought I was using Infinty for Reddit with no account. It felt like ditching insta for reddit is not viable either. But something I would need to figure out is how to get my #news especially as a #telugu guy, finding out unbiased news is tough on the internet. Maybe something like Ground News for Indians?
