The principle of “Taps Aff” is enshrined in Scottish law.

Essentially it means that every Scottish man is entitled to remove their shirt at the first sign of sunlight.

It is equivalent to the American second amendment containing the right to bare arms.

Gorgeous sunny weather in Glasgow, and the streets are full of shirtless men.
