@alisynthesis Thank you for asking. I have a couple of different work flows depending.
Generally record to #tape, mix in #Cubase, then send from Cubase to tape, mixdown to stereo in Cubase master in Cubase. I also use field recorder for organic sounds.
Other times I record and mix in Cubase then send the quad mix to tape. I have and use 2 A-3340 #TapeRecorders so I can bounce between them using the built in attenuators to mix. No one size fit all.
