Lux Aeternba is a piece for 16-part mixed choir, written by György Ligeti. It features micropolyphony, cluster chords, and focuses more on timbre than melody, harmony, or rhythm.
Ligeti was a progressive composer of contemporary classical music in the second half of the last century.
If you ever watched Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey", the piece might appear familiar.
