Yes! Monthly is good, if one can arrange it.

Worth the cost of a cup of designer coffee once per month? I think so.

Other comps:

* One deluxe pizza "sacrificed" every few months.

* Combine some trips, send the saved energy money to Wikipedia.

Etc. etc. Tiny "loss," big gain.

As an ex-public broadcasting management type, I can say with complete confidence that if only 10% of users contribute, the service have ample funds, stronger than it's ever been.
