I guess it was just a matter of time: my first termpaper with a hallucinated reference. Actually not a bad one, probably Míša Hejná and @GeorgeWalkden could have written such a chapter. [Note: in the actual edited volume, which does exist, there is a 'Phonology and Morphology' chapter by Robert Lass on pp. 43--108]

I'm writing an essay about college student literacy and attention spans. Have you noticed a difference in your students' ability to read, focus, process information, write clearly, etc., in the past few years?
