    Technically one of the variations on the cherry pie recipe.

    This was great! Only note is that it calls for a weird pan size (11 x 7). We went bigger which explains why the big gaps, & why the biscuit to filling ratio seems a bit light.

    Real winner here are the biscuits. Super easy and probably some of the best biscuits we've made. (My wife was on the biscuits, I was on peaches duty.)

    100% will make again.

  10. Banana bread snickerdoodles from #StellaParks #BraveTart cookbook. Having not made her regular snickerdoodle yet, not sure how these measure up in terms of the texture, but flavorwise these are great.

    I feel like the dough was rather loose, even for a snickerdoodle, and so I sprinkled the cinnamon -sugar rather than rolled.

    I had to do a tiny bit of subbing as I was low on coconut oil, but I also wonder if I overbaked them just a touch. Again, minor details, would make again.
