One of today's #grandma recordings (last week, I somehow didn't manage to transcribe any, despite having vacation) mentioned the employer of her grandma Marie #Schindler. Directly after school, she worked for forester Gebhard #Speth, who used to make her get up with him at 4:30 AM in the winter. After breakfast, he would smoke his pipe, look outside and complain, that there's no daylight, yet.
