Surely you should be required to have transparent #rules to be permitted to issue #parkingfines. The need for a #restriction is made clear but not how it is timed. The #camera in this #island #location has an #automated system which uses defined rules. Why does #SouthernHousing not share those rules on the signs? They could at least have clarified when asked.
You shouldn't need to get a fine to discover the timing rule.
