Sachsen-Anhalt führte ein neues Gesetz ein, das Standortgemeinden stärker an Erlösen aus #Photovoltaik- und #Windkraftanlagen beteiligt.

Seit 1. Oktober 2025 müssen Betreiber jährlich mindestens 2.500 Euro pro Megawatt an die Kommune zahlen. Möglich sind auch #Bürgerstromtarife. Ziel ist es, die #Akzeptanz vor Ort zu erhöhen und kommunale Haushalte zu stärken.
