I understand the health implications. And I love - being someone whose health is itself sensitive to tobacco smoke - being able to know that I won't be bothered if I go into any food/drink establishment or working environment. That's great.
But banning it outside, now? I feel that's a step too far. We're heading too far into Dr. Cocteau territory. No.
