"QR code registration is a complicated process for many – they may not know how to scan QR code, login using their #Singpass & input credit card details .. My mother said tt due to compulsory digital registration many of her elderly friends exclude themselves fr CC activities .. The push for #digitalisation .. should not come at a cost to #seniorcitizens’ independence & #dignity"
