- ⏲️ Process: Anaerobic washed
- ☕️ Tasting notes: Fudge, some clove, vanilla.

I think I’ve come to the conclusion after many years of drinking coffee at home:
Anaerobic & Extended Fermentation processed beans make my absolute favourite cups.
Funky. Boozy. Rich. Absolute delights to drink.
Need to find more local roasters, right now the best I’ve found is Campbell & Syme Coffee Roasters out of East Finchley in London.
Cairngorm Coffee had some for a while, and it was also good. Must continue searching!

Just dialed in this beautiful Ethiopian roast from Black and White coffee, and it is outrageously good!
Excited to start the day with these for the next week or two.
