Whenever The Inspector is around, I have started taking Soda and Jasper to the other side of the backyard to distract them. Soda was quite thrilled that it was finally another playtime. Jasper was annoyed that I distracted him from being mean to Inspector Clouseau. Despite his protests, I did at least get belly rubs from both of them.

Today, Jasper knocked over one of the Catnip Massage Chairs, declared it to be Fort Jasper, himself as defender.
Minutes later, Soda Pop came along, seized Fort Jasper, kept the name(he likes Jasper), and then immediately defended himself from an attacking plush toy. I believe the plush toy now rules that fort.
