This is my main seed raising setup. It was a cold frame but the glass panels broke.

But the metal frame lets me control the environment somewhat. The chicken wire I just folded over the top of it; it can be taken on and off as needed. It keeps birds from helping themselves to the tender greens.

Over this I can toss a blanket or some bubble wrap at night if we are expecting frost. Or I can throw a shade cloth over it if it's getting too sunny and hot.

The seedling pots are in these wire basket things which were in the kitchen and pulled out like drawers from the cabinets. We removed them to make way for other stuff. But they are super useful for organizing the seedlings.
