#meMadeMay the blue top is one of my first sad attempts, yet it lives on. (i failed to make bias tape at the neckline, there’s a gusset up each side so it will fit) especially because the leggings ( #seamwork but i forgot the pattern name) “match” with their blue bits. joann’s i miss your absolute ridiculous cheap knit fabric!!!!

it honestly fits better than i remembered so maybe i won’t donate it. but maybe i will replace the neckline facing with bias tape.i made another of these, but it’s a very silly fabric, so no promises you will see me wearing it. but great exercise in making something again to fix the things that annoy me.

#MeMadeMay i need the weather to warm up so i can wear more summer dresses!
today is a #seamwork Reed dress over a random shirt. i’m not sure how i feel about the dress - have only gotten to wear it as a layer so far, this is cheap fabric, no pockets! but it also has an interesting v shaped back neck and i mostly like the way it fits. (oh and i ripped out the zipper and just made it a pullover)i should add patch pockets, and i think slightly nicer fabric would add a lot.

#MeMadeMay i have got to stop making weird faces at my husband when i ask him to take a picture. today’s top is a modified #seamwork York - they shorted me on the order of this fabric, i wanted enough for a dress. still, i enjoy it as a shirt too.

#meMadeMay the rains came back, so the warmer stuff is making an appearance! this is a #seamwork Eliot sweater/sweatshirt made of random cheap light warm fuzzy fabric
it was too short for my tastes so i added a bottom band. also i need to accept that i don’t like boatnecks as much as the people at seamwork do.

#meMadeMay today is a #seamwork York top. it started as an old sheet, went through a phase as a really ugly dress and then became this. i like the style of this one enough that i made another variation- i am sure you will see it!

#meMadeMay i totally forgot about this shirt until i found it in my closet this morning. it’s a #seamwork Samson and i kind of hate it? it’s too wide, too short, and the sleeves are kind of weird. too wide makes it hard to layer.
