First run of 2023, 3rd overall since starting back up after a 10+ year break.

0.2 miles in 2:16I'm one block closer to my first goal of running my home mile loop without stopping. I was hoping to hit half a mile today, and didn't realize I was so close or I would have pushed another block. Oh well. Happy to have broken the five minutes without stopping mark anyway.
