Garmin's Connect API — the live sync Runalyze normally uses — only exposes a limited window of history: 5 years for activities, 2 years for health data. That's an API limit, not a limit on your actual data.
Runalyze can now import your full history straight from your Garmin data export instead: activities, sleep, HRV, blood pressure, and resting heart rate. Pick just the files you want, nothing more.
