I predict we're gonna have an increasing problem with illegal dumping in east #Kentucky. #Rumpke has started charging $37 per cubic yard to dump your waste at the transfer station, even if you're already a paid customer, and some local agency just put up a huge billboard that reads "Burning trash is illegal" with a URL to visit.
This area is predominantly poverty level folks, so if they can't afford to dump it legally and burning is likely to be seen, they'll just dump on the side of the road.

Was just checking the holiday schedule for #Rumpke and apparently they were breached via a compromised employee account. The statement says that employee information including health insurance information was posted on the dark web.
