I'm learning (the hard way) that the wrong microSD card in the RPI4 will absolutely kill i/o performance.
For this weekend project I needed to just use what I had lying around but this will need an upgrade.

Picking up a Raspberry Pi Zero to drive an old small monitor for a #homeAssistant dashboard in my workshop.
Hmm, I can prob run VLC on it and have my audio chimes playing down there too rather than just in the kitchen (via the awkward VLC over telnet integration).
