I'm sorry #RoyalMail, but if you send me a notification that my parcel is at my local delivery office, and will be delivered between 10:10 and 14:10 today, you should effing well deliver it. No ifs, no buts.
They should be made to remove the Royal part of their name, rebranding to something more accurate such as "Can't Be Arsed Mail" or "Fuck You Mail".
In other news, the Amazon Prime order I placed on Thursday for delivery on Friday wasn't even dispatched until today (Saturday) and will arrive two days after it was required. Even worse, they wouldn't let me cancel it despite the fact it hasn't even been dispatched. I shall take no pleasure in sending it back.
The race to the bottom continues.
