PT pide diversificar comercio de México y reformar sistema consular ante dependencia de los Estados Unidos

El PT pidió a la Cancillería ampliar los vínculos comerciales de México y emprender una reforma del sistema consular para mejorar la atención a connacionales en el exterior.

El Partido del Trabajo (PT) planteó a la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE) ampliar los vínculos comerciales de México con otras naciones y emprender una reforma de fondo del sistema consular para mejorar la atención de los connacionales en el exterior.

Las propuestas fueron expuestas durante la Quinta Reunión Plenaria de Legisladoras y Legisladores del PT, en la que participó el secretario de Relaciones Exteriores, Roberto Velasco Álvarez, para abordar los principales retos de la política exterior mexicana y el escenario internacional.

La senadora Geovanna Bañuelos de la Torre, vicecoordinadora del Grupo Parlamentario del Partido del Trabajo (GPPT), reconoció la preparación y experiencia de Velasco Álvarez al frente de la Cancillería, mientras que la senadora Yeidckol Polevnsky Gurwitz y el coordinador parlamentario Alberto Anaya Gutiérrez plantearon ampliar las relaciones comerciales y fortalecer la protección consular.

PT plantea reducir dependencia comercial de Estados Unidos

Durante el encuentro, los legisladores petistas solicitaron a la Cancillería impulsar una mayor diversificación de los mercados para México, con el propósito de ampliar las oportunidades comerciales con otras regiones y reducir la concentración de los intercambios económicos con Estados Unidos.

La propuesta ocurre en un contexto en el que la relación con Estados Unidos mantiene un peso central para la política exterior y económica de México. El propio Roberto Velasco Álvarez ha señalado que la estrategia diplomática mexicana busca mantener la cooperación con ese país sin subordinación y, al mismo tiempo, fortalecer los vínculos con otras naciones. –sn–

"The request, which carries no legal weight, will be submitted to state prosecutors’ offices and the U.S. Department of Justice, asking them to consider criminal charges against those responsible for the deaths.

"It will be accompanied by civil lawsuits against the companies that operate the #DetentionCenters in an effort to put an end to #HumanRightsViolations in those facilities, Velasco said.

"President #ClaudiaSheinbaum said Thursday that Mexico decided to “move beyond diplomatic channels” and escalate its complaints after an ICE agent killed Mexican citizen #LorenzoSalgadoAraujo in Houston this week. Sheinbaum said the killing 'is not only sad and regrettable, but also appears to have been targeted.'

Opinión | Raúl García Araujo – En Corto | Violencia desborda a Morelos

En Morelos la violencia dejó de ser noticia para convertirse en rutina, y lo más grave no es la frecuencia de los hechos, sino la insistencia del gobierno estatal por administrarlos desde el discurso, minimizarlos en los hechos y diluir su gravedad ante una ciudadanía que vive, todos los días, bajo la sombra del miedo.

Lo ocurrido en los últimos días no admite eufemismos ni matices. El asesinato de Brenda Kelly Analco Santanero, enganchada con una falsa oferta de trabajo y localizada sin vida días después, evidencia no sólo la brutalidad del crimen, sino la fragilidad absoluta en la que se encuentran las mujeres frente a redes delictivas que operan con impunidad.

La respuesta institucional, como ya es costumbre, llegó tarde. Siempre llega tarde.

A la par, la masacre en el bar “El Rincón de la Banda” en Ayala —ocho personas ejecutadas sin piedad— confirma que amplias zonas del estado están bajo control de la violencia.

No fue un hecho aislado, fue un mensaje. Y el mensaje fue claro: aquí no hay autoridad que contenga, ni estrategia que disuada.

Como tampoco la hay en Cuautla, donde un cuerpo decapitado fue abandonado en plena vía pública, con un nivel de saña que habla de la normalización del horror.

O en Temixco, donde un comandante de la policía fue asesinado a plena luz del día, elevando a diez el número de elementos de seguridad ejecutados en lo que va del año. Ni quienes deberían garantizar la seguridad están a salvo.

Mientras tanto, la zona oriente —Ayala, Cuautla— sigue hundida en una crisis de violencia que supera ya los cinco años, sin que los operativos, refuerzos militares o despliegues especiales hayan logrado cambiar la realidad. Los anuncios van y vienen. Los muertos, también.

En este contexto, los llamados de organizaciones civiles y del sector empresarial no sólo han sido ignorados, sino prácticamente despreciados. Se pide acción, se exige estrategia, se reclama presencia del Estado. Pero la respuesta ha sido el silencio, la evasión o, peor aún, la narrativa de que las cosas “no están tan mal”.

La gobernadora Margarita González Saravia tiene hoy una responsabilidad que no admite excusas. Gobernar no es administrar crisis desde el discurso, es enfrentarlas con resultados. Y esos resultados no están a la vista.

Tampoco lo están en el desempeño del secretario de Seguridad Pública, Miguel Ángel Urrutia Lozano, ni en el del fiscal Fernando Blumenkron Escobar.

Ambos han quedado rebasados por la realidad. Los homicidios no disminuyen, los feminicidios no se detienen y la percepción de inseguridad crece. No hay estrategia visible, no hay golpe de timón, no hay señales de control.

Y cuando un gobierno pierde el control de la seguridad, lo pierde todo.

Porque aquí el problema ya no es sólo la violencia desbordada, sino la negación sistemática de esa violencia. Es el intento constante de bajarle el volumen a una crisis que grita por todos lados. Es la peligrosa apuesta por simular normalidad en medio del caos.

Morelos no está bien. Y pretender lo contrario no sólo es irresponsable, es ofensivo para quienes todos los días entierran a sus muertos.

Al final, la crudeza de la realidad termina por exhibir lo que el discurso intenta ocultar. Y es ahí donde cobra sentido aquella frase que el ex presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador lanzaba sin rodeos: “hay maderas que de plano no agarran el barniz”.

Hoy, en Morelos, esa frase ya no suena a crítica política.

Suena a diagnóstico.

En Cortito

Nos cuentan que la reducción de delitos de alto impacto en Ecatepec no es sólo un dato estadístico ni un informe administrativo: es un movimiento político que busca reposicionar al municipio dentro del debate nacional sobre seguridad pública.

La presidente municipal, Azucena Cisneros Coss, colocó sobre la mesa una caída del 36 por ciento en delitos como extorsión, robo de vehículo y robo a transporte en el primer trimestre del año, una cifra que, más allá de su valor técnico, tiene una lectura inevitable en el contexto mexiquense: demostrar que incluso en los territorios más complejos es posible revertir tendencias delictivas cuando hay coordinación y operación constante.

De acuerdo con cifras del Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Pública, la reducción se detalla en varios frentes: 49 por ciento menos extorsión, 38 por ciento en robo de vehículo, 38 por ciento en robo a negocio, 27 por ciento en robo a transeúnte y 29 por ciento en homicidio doloso.

En términos fríos, se trata de una baja simultánea en delitos de alto impacto que, en otros contextos, suelen moverse de forma independiente.

La narrativa oficial sostiene que estos resultados derivan de la implementación territorial de la estrategia nacional de seguridad impulsada por la presidente Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, con el respaldo del gobierno del estado de México encabezado por la gobernadora Delfina Gómez Álvarez.

El énfasis no es menor: se trata de vincular un caso municipal con un diseño de política pública federal.
