Colleagues and I this week presented at the IEEE ARITH conference a paper we wrote about our experiences writing a high-performance library of non-linear math functions (à la libm) for the RISC-V Vector ISA extension. We also announced there our intention of opensourcing the library very soon.
The paper is available now on the conference website until IEEE decides the papers need to be paywalled: https://arith2023.arithsymposium.org/papers/Vectorized%20Nonlinear%20Functions%20with%20the%20RISC-V%20Vector%20Extension.pdf

The Star64 is a single-board computer with a JH7710 64-bit RISC-V quad-core processor and at least 4GB of RAM. Unveiled last year, it's expected to sell for $70 and up and after demoing basic Linux support, Pine64 says it could be available in late March/early April. https://www.pine64.org/2023/03/01/february-update-things-are-taking-shape/

ARM (aarch_64):
#SVE2 Using a phone as a dev board, you're good to go. Latest flagship Samsung, OnePlus phones feature SVE2.
#SME Not accessible yet. Maybe we'll see dev boards, but for now it's [redacted] only.RISC-V:
#RISCVV: Prelaunch spec Dev boards exist, but not much exists with the 1.0 (or higher) spec implemented in hardware.
#RISCVM: FPGA prototyping only, spec is WIPUse an FPGA ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
