    I’ve come inside for a short break. Soaking wet with sweat. #Rilast puffer has been used for my #asthma.

    Seconds after I collapse in a heap on the bed - the postman arrives with a parcel.

    Bad timing.

    My better half slept in & is getting dressed.

    It looks like he left it as I just got a delivered notification. Thank you postie,!
