Add the rest of rhubarb, strawberries and repeat process. Add butter cut into small pieces over the rhubarb .Cover with crust, make slits , seal and flute. Cover edge with foil to prevent excessive browning. Remove after 15 min. of baking.Bake 40 min. or until juice begins to bubble. Serve warm with icecream or whipped cream. Enjoy

(This is very exciting because rhubarb is actually kinda hard to find around here, and grocery stores rarely carry it. Back home everyone and their mother had at least on rhubarb plant in their yard and you often have to turn it down when people offer because you already have, like, 3 lbs of stalks and a pie in the fridge)
