Tattoo Circus 2026 in Köln

Seit über 20 Jahren gibt es europaweit Tattoo Circus Events: Tattoo Artists, politische Vorträge und Veranstaltungen, sowie viel, viel Musik bis tief in die Nacht.

In Köln vom 14.-16. Mai: es wird inhaltlich gehen um das rechte Medienportal NIUS, um Abschiebehaft, Alternativen zur Strafjustiz und auch um Knast.

Am Samstag, 16. Mai wird es ab 14:30 Uhr um Maßregelvollzug und Sicherungsverwahrung gehen. Ich werde online zugeschaltet und kann etwas aus Sicht eines ehemaligen Sicherungsverwahrten über diese 1933 von den Nazis eingeführte Haftart berichten.

An der Fachhochschule gehts am Freitagnachmittag um die Abschaffung von Gefängnissen. Am Lehrstuhl von Professorin Dr. Graebsch, diskutieren wir Alternativen zu Polizei, Strafvollzug und Gefängnissen. Ja, eine solche Welt ist möglich!

In der Dezember-Sendung von KlassenJustizInSüdbaden (KJIS) habe ich ein Interview mit dem evangelischen Gefängnispfarrer im Ruhestand Michael Philippi führen können.

Am 31.01.2025 wurde Michael Philippi, hier in Freiburg, in den Ruhestand verabschiedet. Nach Stationen u.a. im hessischen Strafvollzug, war er, bevor er in die Freiburger Justizvollzugsanstalt wechselte, sechs Jahre lang Studierendenpfarrer in Freiburg.

Michael Philippi spricht darüber, wie man Menschen an einem der dunkelsten Orte unserer Gesellschaft begleitet. Es geht um Hoffnung, Schuld und Verantwortung – und um die Frage, ob Resozialisierung gelingen kann. Wir sprechen über seine Jahre im Strafvollzug, seine Erfahrungen in Lateinamerika und die Bedeutung der Befreiungstheologie für den deutschen Gefängnisalltag.
